Sebenzela uMdali is an initiative of KwaSizabantu Mission which aims to upskill interested individuals through offering a variety of practical courses.

Rev. Erlo Stegen
Reverend Stegen strongly believed in and taught that a missionary's duty is to care for both the soul and the physical needs of individuals. He envisioned establishing a skills training centre for those who never had the chance to pursue formal education.
His vision was realized in 2023 when Sebenzela uMdali Skills Training was established, which is IsiZulu for ‘working for the Creator’.
Sebenzela uMdali has been formally registered as an Non-Profit Company since 2024.
